  • Demolition and ground remediation
  • Prichard’s implemented our Principal Contractor Safety Management System including a wide range of site specific documents 

  Management and control of high risk activities: 

  • People and plant working at height
  • Confined space working
  • Restricted site access
  • Co-ordination and sequencing of multiple trades
  • Hazardous waste management
  • During planning Prichard’s identified need for plant to operate from the dumpling using oversized plant and banksman meant that it couldn’t physically fall from the dumpling top
  • Remediation teams levelled the ground post demolition work
  • The void was backfilled using client specified recycled aggregate manufactured by Prichard’s
