Prichard’s boast a vast and specialised fleet of vehicles and experienced drivers allowing it to undertake a wide array of projects in a safe, efficient and environmentally friendly manner.
Our 75-strong fleet of FORS compliant lorries include articulated, eight-wheeled tipper lorries, beaver tails, grab lorries, hiab tippers, skip loaders, low loaders, and road sweepers.
Our range of vehicles enables us to specialise in large scale muck-shift or aggregate supply operations. For added safety our vehicles have been fitted with a passenger side ‘vision door’ designed and installed by Keltruck to give the driver a valuable line of sight to potential cyclists or hazards on the nearside of the vehicle. In addition, the vehicles are equipped with the latest side cameras, side sensors and an audible alarm for cyclists and pedestrians when the vehicle is turning left.
We also operate a specialist eight wheeled tipper truck which has a dual-purpose tailboard with hinged and barn style doors in order to carry bulk loads.
We boast a wide selection of trailers that are suited to almost all aspects of construction, recycling and transportation use. Our fleet of trailers consist of low-loader, flat bed, bulker, ejector and walking floors. The unique horizontal unloading/loading system of walking floor trailers handles nearly any bulk material or palletised cargo and are used throughout the refuse & recycling, agriculture, energy generation and wood products industries.
